Your Role In a Nutshell
We’re looking for a Functional IT Analyst/BA within the scope of a client project – the resource
must be fluent in French, can be
fully remote or hybrid in the Montreal region, and be authorized to work in Canada
A day in the life of our Functional IT Analyst/BA:
▸ Determine customer requirements following needs analysis meetings.
▸ Design and propose solutions.
▸ Produce and update functional analysis documentation.
▸ Propose recommendations taking into account business needs, architecture, existing applications, costs, and their impact on processes.
▸ Assist in defining the technology roadmap.
▸ Participate in the evaluation of the time and budget of initiatives.
▸ Assist programmers during the implementation phase.
▸ Prepare and execute functional and integrated tests and support acceptance tests.
▸ Be responsible for the production launch of applications.
We Want You To Have
▸ University degree or college diploma in computer science or other related training.
▸ Five (5) years of experience in application systems development, including three (3) years of analytical experience.
▸ Experience in BSS and OSS systems.
▸ Autonomy in learning new systems.
▸ Analytical and synthesis skills.
▸ Ability to communicate knowledge to the general public.
▸ Organizational and service skills, and concern for quality.
▸ Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
