Looking for a co-founder at Orion
Orion handles the work that AI and automation start but don't reliably finish. We pair AI with human operators who own the outcome, so the work actually gets done, checked and delivered.
Where we are
We're early. We're in discovery, talking with businesses to find the workflows that break most and testing what they'll pay for. Service first, and software later once the pattern repeats.
Who I'm looking for
- A student in Montreal who's driven and wants to build something real
- Someone with startup experience, whether you founded, joined early or ran a project
- Someone comfortable starting conversations, reaching out to people and talking with customers
- Some social media experience, or a feel for building an audience
- Self-driven, with clear priorities, someone who can balance school and building without being chased

Customer discovery, outreach and early sales, plus helping shape how Orion shows up online.
The deal
Co-founder equity, no salary yet. Montreal only.

Responsibilities
Lead customer discovery, outreach, and early sales to identify business workflows that are poorly served by AI and automation. Help shape Orion’s online presence and support testing customer willingness to pay for its service.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a driven student in Montreal with startup experience, such as founding a company, joining an early-stage team, or leading a project. They should be comfortable initiating conversations with customers, have some social media experience or an instinct for audience building, and be self-directed with clear priorities while balancing school and the venture.
