Role Description The Industrial Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Oshawa Metropolitan Area. This role oversees daily production operations within the dental lab, ensuring workflows run efficiently, quality standards are met, and orders are delivered on time. Responsibilities include managing and coaching production teams, monitoring capacity and throughput, optimizing processes, and coordinating with technical and administrative staff to align operations with customer requirements. The Industrial Operations Manager will analyze performance metrics, implement continuous improvement initiatives, manage equipment and materials planning, and help integrate new technologies into production. The role also includes maintaining safety and regulatory compliance, supporting cross-functional communication, and contributing to strategic operational planning.
