Manage data recording, keeping, and reporting from product rework, inspection, and scrap results
Validate monthly QC expense invoices received from registered vendors
Manage service (QC) expense claims (e.g., rework) and submit them to Suwon/Factory under COMPANY finance guidelines
Provide day-to-day service business system/application support on user demands and inquiries, responding with timely resolutions
Act as system admin for maintenance, enhancement, and error reporting on service business systems/applications
Submit requests/escalations to regional/Suwon support groups for data or system changes as required
Serve as SME supporting user training and testing in development/production environments
Support implementation of SEC global security/compliance requirements on service-operated systems

To join our team:

Technical troubleshooting, diagnosing, and problem-solving abilities across various IT platforms
Familiarity with basic networking, security standards, APIs, and system integrations
Fluent Korean/English language skills are an asset
Valid driver’s license required (frequent visits to warehouse in Halton Hills, Ontario)

The salary range for this role is $65K to $75K. Your final compensation will reflect your years of experience and beyond the numbers, we’re proud to offer a holistic package that includes:

Generous time off: Start with 3 weeks of vacation.
Comprehensive benefits package: Includes medical, dental, vision and a health spending account.
Retirement support: Company-sponsored RRSP matching program to help build your financial future.
