Manage end-to-end ebilling activities, including invoice submissions, issue resolution, appeals, and compliance with client billing guidelines.
Review and resolve billing discrepancies, invoice rejections, short pays, and complex client-specific requirements, including UTBMS and activity code compliance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, delivering exceptional service through proactive communication and timely resolution of billing inquiries.
Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and clients to monitor outstanding invoices, support collections efforts, and participate in discussions regarding payment and billing issues.
Maintain accurate billing records, prepare reports and reconciliations, and provide insights to support management reporting and decision-making.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency, reduce invoice rejections, improve reporting capabilities, and support system enhancements.

Understanding of LEDES formats, UTBMS codes, and client billing guidelines.
Advanced Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client service abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and resolve issues effectively.

We are currently working in a hybrid work arrangement, which includes a requirement to work primarily in the office and flexibility to work remotely up to 1 day per week.
