About The Role

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for improving communities and creating better living environments? OT Developments is looking for a Facilities Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Facilities Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing our projects, ensuring that they are executed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
Budget Management: Assist in budget planning, cost tracking, and expense management to optimize project financials.
Timeline Management: Develop and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines and milestones.
Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Liaise with external partners, vendors, and contractors to ensure the timely procurement of materials and services.
Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress and quality, ensuring adherence to company standards and industry regulations.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports to the management team.
Problem-Solving: Address any project-related issues and find effective solutions to overcome challenges.
Compliance: Ensure that all projects comply with relevant safety, environmental, and industry regulations.

Qualifications
