About Us
We are a fast-growing Los Angeles–based accounting and advisory firm that does things differently. Our clients expect precision, responsiveness, and practical solutions - not theory, unnecessary meetings, or endless bureaucracy. Internally, we operate the same way: clarity over noise, systems over chaos, and accountability over politics.
Traditional accounting firms burn people out with long hours, mindless busywork, and a lack of meaningful responsibility. That’s not how we work. You won’t fill out timesheets just to prove you exist, sit in endless meetings that accomplish nothing, or get buried under mountains of meaningless paperwork.
Instead, we focus on practical accounting work, client impact, and career growth - giving you meaningful responsibility from day one, exposure to interesting businesses, and the chance to develop the skills that will make you a future leader.
As we grow, we are looking for an Associate Accountant to join our team. We’re looking for people who want to develop their accounting career quickly while taking on meaningful client-facing work and problem-solving responsibilities.
We are looking for candidates who are curious, detail-oriented and proactive. If you enjoy working in a structured, high-performance environment and want a clear path to growth, this role is a great fit.

- Perform core accounting tasks including reconciliations, bookkeeping, and transaction processing across systems like QuickBooks Online, Xero, and NetSuite
Who You Are
You are an ambitious, high-performing early-career accountant. You enjoy learning, are comfortable asking questions, and take pride in delivering work with accuracy and clarity.
