Salary: $90,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

  • We are looking for 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
  • We need a demonstrated ability to build and support production-ready software with clear modular boundaries, such as separate services for parsing, logic handling, and reporting.
  • We require strong proficiency in at least two major programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java, along with experience using SQL databases.
  • We value hands-on experience working in live, non-simulated environments and managing multi-turn system interactions.
  • We expect exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver concise, high-signal technical feedback on complex system behavior.
  • It is a plus if you have experience building multi-stage coordination workflows where information gathering leads to well-reasoned output.
  • It is a plus if you have integrated agents with live tools such as Supabase, Gmail, and other APIs to solve practical problems.
  • It is a plus if you are comfortable implementing persistent state and session tracking using MEMORY.md to monitor agent progress.
  • It is a plus if you have experience spotting subtle issues such as privacy leaks, authority escalation, or indirect prompt injection.

Responsibilities:

  • We will rely on you to help train advanced generative systems by providing human feedback on AI agent behavior.
  • We need you to support the development of large language models that operate as proactive, multi-step agents.
  • We expect you to contribute to projects that teach systems how to design, coordinate, and improve complex real-world architectural workflows.
  • We want you to evaluate and refine orchestration logic for autonomous agent systems.
  • We will count on you to analyze system interactions and provide clear, detailed technical observations.
  • We need you to help identify and communicate subtle failures in agent behavior and system safety.
