Salary: $90,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

  • We bring at least 2 years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or integrating complex systems.
  • We can design and support production-ready software with clear modular boundaries, such as separate services for parsing, logic, and reporting.
  • We are proficient in at least two major programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java, and have worked with SQL databases.
  • We have practical experience building in live, non-mocked environments and managing multi-step system interactions.
  • We pay close attention to detail and can deliver concise, high-value technical feedback on sophisticated system behavior.
  • We ideally have experience creating multi-stage coordination workflows where information gathering leads to reasoned conclusions.
  • We may have hands-on experience connecting agents with live tools such as Supabase, Gmail, and other APIs to solve real operational problems.
  • We are comfortable implementing persistent state and session tracking using MEMORY.md to monitor agent progress.
  • We have experience spotting subtle issues such as privacy leakage, authority escalation, or indirect prompt injection.

Responsibilities:

  • We help train advanced AI systems by providing human feedback on agent behavior.
  • We contribute to projects that teach large language models to operate as proactive, multi-step agents.
  • We support the design, coordination, and optimization of complex real-world architectural workflows.
  • We evaluate system interactions and provide detailed technical observations to improve model performance.
  • We work on live tasks that may involve orchestration, automation, and integration with external tools and services.
  • We identify and surface nuanced failure modes in agent behavior, including security and safety concerns.
  • We assist in refining generative systems intended to function in production-like environments.
