Original job description

Salary: $90,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

We bring at least 2 years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or integrating complex systems.
We can design and support production-ready software with clear modular boundaries, such as separate services for parsing, logic, and reporting.
We are proficient in at least two major programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java, and have worked with SQL databases.
We have practical experience building in live, non-mocked environments and managing multi-step system interactions.
We pay close attention to detail and can deliver concise, high-value technical feedback on sophisticated system behavior.
We ideally have experience creating multi-stage coordination workflows where information gathering leads to reasoned conclusions.
We may have hands-on experience connecting agents with live tools such as Supabase, Gmail, and other APIs to solve real operational problems.
We are comfortable implementing persistent state and session tracking using MEMORY.md to monitor agent progress.
We have experience spotting subtle issues such as privacy leakage, authority escalation, or indirect prompt injection.

Responsibilities:

We help train advanced AI systems by providing human feedback on agent behavior.
We contribute to projects that teach large language models to operate as proactive, multi-step agents.
We support the design, coordination, and optimization of complex real-world architectural workflows.
We evaluate system interactions and provide detailed technical observations to improve model performance.
We work on live tasks that may involve orchestration, automation, and integration with external tools and services.
We identify and surface nuanced failure modes in agent behavior, including security and safety concerns.
We assist in refining generative systems intended to function in production-like environments.
