Help Build and Scale Programs That Create Meaningful Community Impact
The Company
Our client is a growing BC-based nonprofit organization focused on improving food security for children and families across the province.
Working alongside schools, volunteers, donors, and community partners, the organization delivers practical, community-based programming designed to ensure children have reliable access to nutritious food outside of traditional school supports.
As the organization continues to expand its reach, it is investing in stronger, more scalable program models that can grow across communities while remaining responsive to local needs.
The Opportunity
This is a role for someone who wants to do more than administer programs - it’s about helping shape how they evolve, scale, and create impact.
As Program Manager, you’ll provide strategic and operational leadership across established community programs, working closely with schools, community partners, volunteers, and internal teams to ensure programs are effective, sustainable, and positioned for growth.
You’ll develop frameworks that bring greater consistency and scalability while maintaining the flexibility needed to respond to different communities. You’ll also use data, feedback, and on-the-ground insight to identify opportunities, solve problems, and continuously improve how programs are delivered.
If you’re a strategic thinker who enjoys connecting people, resources, and ideas - and you’re equally comfortable designing a program model and making sure it works in practice - this is that kind of role.
