Working closely with the Producer, you will be responsible for the overall schedule, targets and daily priorities for the team, leading to final delivery. As your show progresses, your knowledge and understanding of the VFX process will be essential to maintain an up-to-date awareness of your show and client commitments. Liaising with clients and your team, communicating clear information regarding deliveries, oversight of client Sends; submission forms and collating material to be sent by our data IO team. As a leader for junior production members and being the first points of contact for the show crew, you’ll have the opportunity to promote positive practices within your team.

Key skills

Proven experience in VFX scheduling and a high level of organisation/ maintenance of databases pertaining to shots or assets
3+ years of relevant experience in a VFX environment
Proficient knowledge of ShotGrid, MS Office including Word and Excel, Mac/Windows
Literate using cineSync, data IO services such as Aspera/ Mediashuttle/ SohoNet etc.

Job Description

Travaillant en étroite collaboration avec le Producteur, vous serez responsable de la planification globale, des objectifs et des priorités quotidiennes de l'équipe jusqu'à la livraison finale. Au fur et à mesure de l'avancement du projet, votre connaissance et votre compréhension du processus VFX seront essentielles pour maintenir une vision actualisée de l'état du projet ainsi que des engagements pris envers le client.

Vous assurerez la liaison entre les clients et l'équipe, en communiquant clairement les informations relatives aux livraisons, en supervisant les envois clients, les formulaires de soumission et en coordonnant les éléments à transmettre à notre équipe Data I/O. En tant que référent pour les membres juniors de l'équipe de production et premier point de contact pour l'équipe du projet, vous aurez l'opportunité de promouvoir des pratiques de travail positives au sein de votre équipe.

Compétences clés

Expérience avérée dans la planification de projets VFX et excellente capacité d'organisation, notamment dans la gestion et la mise à jour de bases de données liées aux plans (shots) ou aux assets.
Plus de 3 ans d'expérience pertinente dans un environnement VFX.
Bonne maîtrise de ShotGrid, de la suite Microsoft Office (Word et Excel) ainsi que des environnements Mac et Windows.
Maîtrise de cineSync et des services de transfert de données tels qu'Aspera, Mediashuttle, SohoNet, etc.
