The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail. As a Recruiter, you will collaborate with us to identify, attract, and nurture top talent, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the talent lifecycle. You will be responsible for identifying and sourcing highly qualified candidates in the design and technology field. You will play a critical role in building a robust talent pipeline to meet our staffing needs. This role requires a proactive, resourceful, and organized individual with a strong background in talent acquisition and sourcing strategies.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with hiring managers and talent partners to understand requirements and establish effective recruiting strategies- know how to develop sourcing strategies on your own- know how to identify, attract, and engage diverse talent pools, ensuring a broad representation of candidates across various backgrounds and experiences.
- Manage and drive full-cycle recruitment processes including: sourcing, screening, and negotiating offers for candidates from mid- to leadership levels.
- Build consistent pipelines for multiple requisitions across our client bases.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent team by managing recruitment coordination activities such as arranging interviews, candidate applications/resumes, facilitating onboarding and orientation.
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research, outreach and on-going relationship management.
- Provide regular status reports to Talent leadership.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide regular updates on sourcing progress.
- Innovate on ways to build a talent pipeline and recruit in a variety of venues.
- Ensure data is up to date and compliant in our applicant tracking system.
- Maintain professional and consistent communication with candidates to manage each step in the hiring process and foster long-term relationships.
- Update job descriptions for internal/external postings.
Other Supporting Tasks:
- Actively contribute to building a client prospect list by expanding connections on LinkedIn, particularly within target markets and industries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM, particularly within pipelines and opportunities.
- Support the team’s engagement efforts by monitoring and commenting on key prospect profiles across social platforms to foster meaningful interactions and build relationships
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably an agency.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with candidates and team members.
- Proven success of sourcing and hiring passive candidates from competitive job markets.
- Extensive ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to ambiguity or changes.
- Excellent research/sourcing skills and the ability to focus on quality, not just quantity.
- Proven ability to be scrappy, gritty, and resourceful with minimal guidance.
- Detail-oriented mindset and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Experienced using LinkedIn recruiting tools and social media.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems, Google Suite, Slack, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRMs.
