Responsibilities
- Develop scripts and pipelines required in release processes, managing environments and deployment.
- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Advanced Security, and Nexus to support continuous integration, testing, security, and deployment processes.
- Develop, maintain, and improve automated build, test, security, and deployment pipelines.
- Support source code version control, artifact repository management, and automated build processes within enterprise environments.
- Manage configurations through YAML, Kustomize, and Helm.
- Manage application authentication and certificate lifecycle using tools such as CyberArk and AppViewX.
- Work with messaging and integration platforms, including AMQ and Spring Integration.
- Implement build automation and dependency management using Maven and/or Gradle.
- Develop and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational excellence through automation and the adoption of appropriate tools and best practices.
- Resolve and support the resolution of complex operational issues by leveraging advanced expertise in the underlying business applications and associated infrastructure.
- Contribute technical expertise within the scrum teams by supporting the resolution of technical issues and sharing knowledge with team members.
- Perform related activities and deliverables, as required.
Qualifications
- University degree or college diploma in computer science or software development.
- 7+ years of experience developing scripts or automation solutions for application releases, environment management, and deployments.
- 7+ years of experience implementing and supporting DevSecOps and CI/CD practices, including source code version control, artifact repository management, automated build processes, and deployment pipelines within enterprise environments.
- 5+ years of experience developing, maintaining, and improving automated build, test, security, and deployment pipelines.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and solutions.
- 3+ years of experience troubleshooting and resolving complex operational issues involving business applications and their supporting infrastructure.
- Knowledge of managing configurations through YAML, Kustomize, and Helm.
- Knowledge of application authentication and certificate management.
- Experience with privileged access management and certificate lifecycle management tools such as CyberArk and AppViewX.
- Experience with messaging and integration platforms, including AMQ and Spring Integration.
- Knowledge of SQL, Java, Unix scripting, and Node.js.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Nexus, Jenkins, Tekton, Argo CD, Azure Container Registry, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience using build automation and dependency management tools, including Maven and/or Gradle, to support application build, testing, and deployment processes.
