Welcome students and families while creating a warm, positive, and professional environment.
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from prospective families.
Schedule student assessments and assist with enrolments.
Coordinate student schedules and assist with teacher scheduling.
Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and administrative documentation.
Prepare classroom materials and ensure learning resources are organized.
Support the Education Coordinator and Centre Director with daily administrative tasks.
Communicate with parents regarding scheduling, attendance, and general Centre information.
Assist with monitoring student programs and communicate concerns to the Education Coordinator.
Ensure Oxford Learning policies, procedures, and teaching philosophy are consistently maintained.
Teach students in English and/or Math as scheduled while maintaining Oxford Learning instructional standards.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment.
Complete Centre opening and closing duties, including light cleaning and securing the Centre at the end of the evening.
Work collaboratively with the Centre team to provide outstanding customer service and student support.

We encourage you to apply if you have the majority of the following qualifications:

Education

Currently enrolled in or completed a university degree (Education, Social Sciences, Business, Languages, Mathematics, or related fields preferred).
Strong English and/or mathematics skills.
Additional teaching subjects are considered an asset.

Comfortable speaking with parents both in person and over the phone.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic.
