Original job description
Oxford Learning Cambridge Hespeler
Fall 2026 Openings
As we begin planning for the upcoming school year, Oxford Learning Cambridge Hespeler is seeking part-time teacher-tutors for positions that will become available throughout the fall of 2026 as student enrollment increases.
Our tutors gain valuable teaching experience while helping students build skills, confidence, and academic independence. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with teenagers, have strong subject knowledge, and are able to explain challenging concepts clearly and effectively.
Please note: This posting is for positions that will open in Fall 2026 for the 2026–2027 school year.
Key Attributes We Are Looking For
The Strongest Candidates Will Demonstrate The Following

- The ability to explain concepts clearly Tutors must be able to break down challenging material in a way that makes sense to a high school student, not simply at a university level.
- A positive personality and strong rapport with teens A great sense of humour, patience, empathy, and an enjoyment of working with teenagers are essential.
- Commitment through the end of June Students need consistent support throughout the school year, especially leading into final exams. Applicants must be willing to commit through June 30, 2027.

Position Requirements
