Your Hours5 days a week:
Tuesday: 9am - 5pm
Wednesday: 9am - 6:00pm
Thursday: 9am - 6:00pm
Friday: 9am - 5pm
Saturday: 9am - 4pm
Daily lunch breaks with flexibility, minimum 30 minutes up to 1 hour.

Your Role
In your role, you will be expected to:
- Learn basic medical terminology
- Become knowledgable about our products, services, and protocols
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary support staff
- Properly maintain medical records
- Schedule appointments on a web based software
- Invoice clients, and handle basic payment issues
- Communicate through phones, email, and SMS with proper etiquette and grammar
- Maintain a clean hospital environment
- Interact and handle pets with consent, love and attention
- Assist with social media content
