Skills:
- 10+ years of exp.
- Strong hands-on experience supporting enterprise BI platforms in production environments.
- Strong experience with Tableau Server administration and operational support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Quicksight administration, authoring, and production support.
- Experience troubleshooting SPICE ingestion, dataset refreshes, direct queries, data-source connectivity, dashboard publishing, sharing, and access issues.
- Experience with Amazon Quicksight APIs / AWS SDKs, including programmatic management of Quicksight assets and permissions.
- Working knowledge of Amazon Athena and troubleshooting Athena-based BI workloads.
- Working knowledge of the AWS Glue Data Catalog, including databases, tables, schemas, partitions, and metadata.
- Understanding of AWS Lake Formation, particularly permissions and data-access management.
- Experience with AWS Lambda and troubleshooting serverless application components.
- Experience with Amazon API Gateway, particularly Lambda integrations and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon CloudWatch, including logs, metrics, dashboards, and alarms.
- Strong understanding of AWS IAM, roles, policies, permissions, and service-to-service access.
- Experience troubleshooting BI platform infrastructure, data connectivity, authentication, authorization, permissions, and performance issues.
- Experience with scripting or automation using technologies such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, AWS CLI, or similar tools.
