Client is seeking an experienced Bilingual API Support Analyst (English & French) to join our team and provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications & APIs
Required Skills
- L2/L3 Production Support experience for enterprise applications and integrations.
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, API troubleshooting, authentication, request/response analysis, and vendor integrations.
- Bilingual communication skills in English and French.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications, APIs, and system integrations.
- Troubleshoot API and integration issues by analyzing requests, responses, logs, errors, and authentication failures.
- Support REST and SOAP APIs, including JSON and XML-based integrations.
- Investigate production incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate timely resolution.
- Work closely with external vendors and third-party service providers to troubleshoot integration issues and manage incidents.
- Analyze API authentication and security issues involving OAuth, JWT, SSL/TLS, and other API security mechanisms.
- Use API testing and management tools to validate endpoints, troubleshoot failures, and support integrations.
