Job Title: Business Analyst - Private equity Valuations

Location: Toronto, ON

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2-3 days a week)

Employment Type: Contract

Duration: 06-12 Months

Pay Rate: CAD70-75/hour Incorporated

Domain: BFSI

Application Deadline: Oct. 30th, 2026

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  1. 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Private Equity (PE) valuations or financial services.
  2. Deep knowledge of PE valuations, trading comparables, precedent transactions, EV bridges, and multiple selection.
  3. Strong experience in business requirements gathering, process mapping, and writing user stories with acceptance criteria.
  4. Experience in data modelling, schema design, JSON structures, and data-intensive financial applications.
  5. Knowledge of IFRS fair value measurement, audit readiness, UAT coordination, and financial accuracy validation.
  6. Excellent stakeholder management skills, collaborating with valuation teams, deal teams, and engineering teams.
