Skills:
- 5+ years of exp. working as BA/BSA with 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring or supporting NICE Actimize workflows.
- Should have working knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulatory requirements.
- Understanding of Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR) processes and requirements
- Experience writing business requirements, functional specs, and workflow documentation
- Exposure to SQL or data analysis tools for investigating alerts and system behavior
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams
