Job Title: Chatbot Content Developer
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1 day WFO)
Employment Type: Contract
Rate: CAD 42-45/hour
Domain: BFSI

Role Summary:
Chatbot Content Developer- Documentation Modernization AI Enablement will be responsible to Review| analyze| and improve technical documentation used as chatbot knowledge sources.
- Convert Confluence content into Markdown and documentation-as-code formats.
- Use GitHub Copilot and AI tools to improve documentation quality and structure.
- Develop and enhance automation scripts for content conversion and migration.
- Maintain documentation in GitBitbucket repositories.
- Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to improve chatbot knowledge sources.
- Resolve documentation issues related to formatting| links| images| and metadata.
Skills:
- 5+ years of scripting/automation experience using Python or Java
- Strong experience with Markdown documentation and Git-based repositories
- Confluence administration, content organization, and migrations
- Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, and SCM platforms
- Content transformation and automation script development
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development tools
- Documentation-as-Code practices
- Strong documentation and communication skills
