Job Title: Java Developer

Location: Toronto, ON

Work Arrangement: Hybrid- 4 Days onsite

Employment Type: Fulltime

Domain: BFSI

Salary Range: CAD 125K-135K/Year

Application Deadline: Sep 30th, 2026

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Strong experience in Java development using Spring/Spring Boot, Multithreading, and REST APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Apache/Confluent Kafka, including Producer/Consumer applications and Kafka cluster setup with ZooKeeper.
  • Experience developing Spring Boot Microservices to process and publish messages through Kafka using REST APIs.
  • Strong understanding of Confluent/Apache Kafka architecture, design principles, and CI/CD deployment procedures.
  • Experience with Swagger/OpenAPI, MongoDB, and SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana (ELK).
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub, Docker, and JUnit.
