Job Title: Performance Tester
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Arrangement: 2 Days onsite
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: 12 Months
Domain: BFSI
Pay Rate: CAD 45-48/hr on Incorporated
Application Deadline: Oct 30th, 2026
SKILLS REQUIRED
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing, Load Testing, and Stress Testing.
- Strong knowledge of Apache JMeter, Micro Focus LoadRunner, Workload Modeling, and Performance Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Performance Center for performance test execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Expertise in Jira and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for test management and defect tracking.
- Strong experience in VuGen scripting, including correlation, parameterization, and script enhancement.
- Proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries for database validation and performance analysis.
