Job Title: Python Developer with Java exp.

Location: Mississauga, ON

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days)

Employment Type: Full-Time Perm.

Rate: CAD 120-130K/Year

Skills:

• 6+ years of exp. in Python with min 2 years on Java.
• The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Python and Java, with proven experience building backend services, APIs, integrations, and data reporting solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, backend development, REST APIs, microservices, SQL, database design, data processing, data reporting, ETL concepts, debugging, unit testing, version control, and performance optimization.
• Experience with reporting frameworks, data visualization tools, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies will be an added advantage.
• The Backend Developer will be responsible for developing reliable, high-performance, and maintainable applications that support business and project requirements.
• This role requires experience in designing and implementing data reporting pipelines, data processing workflows, report automation, and backend integrations using Java and Python.
• The candidate should be able to work with structured and unstructured data, transform data into usable reporting formats, and ensure report accuracy, performance, and availability.
