Job Title: QA/UAT Lead – Wealth Management
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Arrangement: 2 Days onsite
Employment Type: Contract
Domain: BFSI
Pay Rate: CAD 55-60/hr on Incorporated

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Lead QA, UAT, and end-to-end testing activities for complex banking and financial services applications.
- Strong experience testing Wealth Management and Family Office Services platforms, workflows, and business processes.
- Solid understanding of banking and financial services with hands-on expertise in SQL, API testing, automation, and data reconciliation/validation.
- Experience with automation and testing tools including Katalon, Selenium, Robot Framework, Postman, ReadyAPI, SoapUI, JIRA, HP ALM, GitHub, and Jenkins.
- Drive test strategy, planning, execution, defect tracking, reporting, and release readiness while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience delivering projects using Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
