Job Title: Quality Engineer (QE) / SDET – AI Chatbot Validation
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: 6-12 Months
Rate – 40-45/hr incorporated +HST
Application Deadline: Nov. 15th, 2026
Experience Required 5+ Years
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, QA Automation, or SDET.
- Strong programming experience in Java, Python, or Groovy.
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
- Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber, RestAssured, JUnit, and TestNG.
- Strong expertise in API, functional, integration, regression, and database testing.
- Experience testing AI chatbots, LLMs, or Generative AI applications.
- Knowledge of prompt validation, response accuracy, hallucination detection, AI safety, and response consistency.
- Experience with API automation, microservices, and third-party integrations.
- Hands-on experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, or Bitbucket.
- Knowledge of BDD, TDD, ATDD, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with JMeter, ReadyAPI, and performance testing is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
