Job Title: Quality Engineer / SDET – AI Chatbot
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1 Day Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: 12 Months
Domain: BFSI
Pay Rate: CAD 40-45/hr on Incorporated
Application Deadline: Nov 30th, 2026
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong programming experience in Java, Python, Groovy, or similar languages.
- 5+ years of experience in building, developing, and maintaining test automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in testing AI/ML-powered applications, Chatbots, LLM validations, APIs, conversational systems, and Generative AI features.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber/Gherkin, Playwright, and Rest Assured.
- Experience in functional and non-functional testing, API testing, integrations, databases, microservices, and regression testing.
- Hands-on experience with JUnit, TestNG, qTest, ReadyAPI, and JMeter.
- Strong understanding of TDD, ATDD, BDD, continuous testing, and risk-based testing methodologies.
