Job Title: Salesforce BSA
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days a week)
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: 06-12 Months
Pay Rate: CAD 55-57/hour Incorporated
Domain: BFSI

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience, with strong Salesforce Business Analyst experience in enterprise-scale implementations.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, user stories, functional specifications, process flows, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on Salesforce development experience with Lightning, Aura Components, Apex, configuration, and customization.
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and banking/financial services applications.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, workflows, integrations, and application architecture.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, defect analysis, and production implementation.
- Ability to bridge business requirements and technical solution design, with Salesforce certifications preferred.
