Job Title: Salesforce Communications Cloud Architect
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Arrangement: 2-3 Days onsite
Employment Type: Contract
Domain: Telecom
Pay Rate: CAD 55-60/hr on Incorporated
Application Deadline: Oct 30th, 2026
SKILLS REQUIRED
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience with strong expertise in Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity).
- Hands-on experience with EPC, CPQ, Order Management, and Salesforce Industries processes.
- Strong expertise in OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
- Expertise in Salesforce architecture, Apex, LWC, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with OSS/BSS, ERP systems, and external platforms.
- Strong understanding of telecom business processes, including Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Salesforce deployment methodologies, and release management.
- Ability to design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with telecom industry requirements and business processes.
