Job Title: Scrum Master with AI Experience
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2-3 days a week)
Employment Type: Contract / Full Time
Salary / Pay Rate: Open to right candidate

SKILLS REQUIRED:
This role is open for both full time as well as Contract.
- 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master managing cross-functional Agile teams.
- Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release management.
- Experience managing dependencies, impediments, RAID logs, and Agile delivery metrics.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and CI/CD dashboards.
- Experience coordinating AI-enabled product delivery across product, development, QA, architecture, security, and risk teams.
- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Copilot Studio, FlowAI, and AI control gates is an added advantage.
