Job Title: Software Engineer with AI Experience
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2-3 days a week)
Employment Type: Contract / Full Time
Salary / Pay Rate: Open to right candidate

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 year of applied AI delivery.
- Strong expertise in Python and Java, API development, microservices, and enterprise application modernization.
- Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud engineering.
- Mandatory proficiency with GitHub Copilot for developers and Claude Code.
- Experience with Copilot Studio, Foundry/LLM services, Databricks, and Unity Catalog.
- Knowledge of secure engineering, IAM, secrets management, privacy, observability, penetration-testing remediation, and production support.
