Summary:
The Junior Technology Logistics Support Associate provides day-to-day technical support for technology equipment and systems within the logistics environment.
Skills:
- 3+ years of exp. in providing day-to-day technical support for IT equipment and systems within the logistics environment.
- Exp. in receive| track| troubleshoot| and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 incidents and service requests through walk-up support and ticketing systems.
- Exp. in supporting and maintaining Microsoft Windows 10/11 operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Assist with the installation| configuration| and deployment of new technology systems and services.
- Monitor data center alarms and coordinate maintenance activities with third-party vendors| SSC| and Global Technology teams.
- Exp. in supporting network connectivity| including Wi-Fi and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
