Job Title: Junior Technology Logistics Support Associate

Location: Mississauga, ON

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Employment Type: Contract

Duration: 06-12 Months

Pay Rate: CAD 35-40/hour Incorporated

Domain: Retail

Application Deadline: Sept. 30th, 2026

Summary:

The Junior Technology Logistics Support Associate provides day-to-day technical support for technology equipment and systems within the logistics environment.

Skills:

3+ years of exp. in providing day-to-day technical support for IT equipment and systems within the logistics environment.
Exp. in receive| track| troubleshoot| and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 incidents and service requests through walk-up support and ticketing systems.
Exp. in supporting and maintaining Microsoft Windows 10/11 operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
Assist with the installation| configuration| and deployment of new technology systems and services.
Monitor data center alarms and coordinate maintenance activities with third-party vendors| SSC| and Global Technology teams.
Exp. in supporting network connectivity| including Wi-Fi and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
