Job Title: Voice and Video Engineer
Location: Calgary, AB
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: 6-12 Months
Rate – 50-55/hr incorporated +HST

Experience Required 5+ Years
Required Skills:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Cisco voice infrastructure
Proven track record managing Calabrio Contact Center solutions
Experience supporting mission-critical call center operations
Current Cisco certifications (CCNA Collaboration or higher)
