Job Title: Windows Administrator
Location: Mississauga, ON
Work Arrangement: Onsite (5 days a week)
Employment Type: Contract

Pay Rate: CAD 35-40/hour Incorporated

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Provide L1/L2 technical support for IT equipment and systems in Distribution/Fulfillment Centers.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, printers, peripherals, and user issues.
- Support network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and VDI environments.
- Assist with installation, configuration, and deployment of technology systems.
- Monitor data center alarms and coordinate with vendors and Global Technology teams.
