What You'll Do
- Clean and maintain building common areas, including entrances, hallways, elevators, and stairwells.
- Clean vacant suites to prepare them for incoming tenants.
- Complete cleaning following maintenance and repair work.
- Support seasonal upkeep, including light gardening, cleaning exterior entrances, snow removal, and salting pathways.
- Interact courteously with tenants, address routine cleaning requests, and report concerns requiring management's attention.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
- Work with on-site staff and maintenance personnel to maintain consistent cleanliness standards across the properties.
- Attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, well-cared-for spaces.
- Ability to organize daily tasks, manage your time, and work independently.
- A friendly, professional approach with tenants and colleagues.
- Ability to follow cleaning procedures and use supplies and equipment safely.
- Willingness to support your team and adapt to daily cleaning priorities.
