Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms, floors, bathrooms, kitchens, elevators, changing rooms, and other hotel areas, including vacuuming, dusting, washing surfaces, and removing trash. Respond to guest requests, provide basic information about facilities, handle lost and found items, and address customer concerns.
Requirements
No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, and no prior experience is needed because training will be provided. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, punctuality, dependability, flexibility, initiative, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
