About Pacific Seafood

Pacific Seafood began in 1941 as a small fresh seafood shop in Portland, Oregon, and has grown into one of North America's largest seafood companies, still owned and led by the Dulcich family. Rather than relying on others, the company manages every step of its supply chain itself, from fishing and harvesting to processing and distribution, so restaurants, retailers and foodservice partners get fresh, high-quality protein they can trust.

Healthy oceans keep the business running, so the company takes responsibility for protecting them. Through the year-long Sustainability Saves campaign, every team member helps cut water and energy use across the company. That trust in people carries through to their growth, with training and support that help team members build new skills. For anyone who wants their work to count, Pacific Seafood offers a family-owned home to grow a lasting career.

About Ucluelet, BC

Tucked on the rugged west coast of Vancouver Island, Ucluelet is a small, welcoming community where the ocean sets the pace of life. Known locally as "Ukee," the town sits at the edge of Pacific Rim National Park Reserve, with old-growth rainforest, sandy beaches and the famous Wild Pacific Trail right on your doorstep. Days off might mean surfing at Long Beach, kayaking the harbour, whale watching, fishing or simply watching dramatic winter storms roll in off the Pacific. With a close-knit population of around 2,000, a growing food and café scene, and nearby Tofino just a short drive away, Ucluelet offers the rare chance to trade the commute for coastal living, without giving up a strong sense of community.
