- Hands-on experience or knowledge in Surgical, MDRD (Medical Device Reprocessing Department), or Endoscopy environments is a massive asset.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills that command attention and build trust.
- A self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset, deeply rooted in elite customer service.
- A proven knack for juggling tight deadlines and multiple projects seamlessly.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation and Perks
- A Competitive remuneration packagemade up of a predictable base salary of $60,000-$75,000 (based on sales experience and industry knowledge), plus performance bonus.
- Comprehensive benefits plan and RRSP matching.
- A supportive, family-like company culture built on a 100+ year legacy, within a stable, growing industry.
