Original job description

We're seeking a driven sales professional who can introduce modern sales development strategies to the fleet upfitting industry and play a key role in building a scalable outbound sales engine that supports our long-term growth objectives.

Responsibilities

Prospecting, Lead Generation, building and maintaining prospective and existing client relations

Conduct outbound prospecting through 1) phone, 2) email, and 3) platforms such as LinkedIn where appropriate

Research and identify prospective commercial fleet and upfitting customers

Contact upfitters to generate awareness and direct them to where they can purchase Packd products

Qualify opportunities and book meetings for the sales team

Build relationships with fleet managers, operations leaders, business owners, and purchasing decision-makers

Maintain consistent follow-up to convert prospects into qualified opportunities

Building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing customers

Provide customer service support and communication with new and existing customers

Process Development & Optimization
• Build and improve sales outreach sequences and messaging
• Develop call scripts, email templates, and prospecting playbooks
• Analyze results and continuously improve conversion rates
• Help establish SDR best practices and scalable sales processes

CRM & Reporting
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity data within CRM
• Track outreach activity, meetings booked, meetings held, and conversion metrics
• Collaborate with leadership on reporting and sales process improvements

Requirements
• 2+ years of SDR, BDR, appointment-setting, or outbound sales experience
• Proven experience generating meetings through outbound prospecting
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls daily
• Experience working within Hubspot or similar CRM platforms
• Self-motivated, organized, and highly accountable
• Strong problem-solving and process-improvement mindset

Nice to Have
• Experience building or optimizing outbound sales processes
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Experience using outreach or sequencing platforms such as Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft
• Experience selling into construction, trades, industrial, fleet, transportation, or commercial customers
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS, technology, or B2B sales environment

• Consistently generating qualified meetings for the sales team
• Building repeatable prospecting processes that can scale with the business
• Maintaining high CRM accuracy and activity levels
• Improving outreach, response, and meeting conversion rates over time

Compensation
• Base Salary: $55,000–$70,000 CAD
• Monthly or quarterly performance incentives
• Profit-sharing eligibility after probation
