- Monitor project budgets, commitments, forecasts, change management activities, and cost reporting.
- Maintain logs for RFIs, change orders, submittals, drawings, and site instructions.
- Identify schedule risks, delays, and cost impacts and escalate concerns with recommended mitigation strategies.
- Support monthly reporting, earned-value metrics, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate construction activities between contractors, consultants, airport operations, utility providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor contractor performance and support resolution of field issues, conflicts, and constraints.
- Attend site visits with project managers; document site observations and action items.
- Participate in construction planning meetings, site inspections, readiness reviews, and operational coordination sessions.
- Assist with possession planning, shutdown coordination, staging plans, and logistics management within the active airport environment.
- Support procurement processes including development of scopes of work, bid packages, tender evaluations, and contract documentation.
- Administer contract requirements, including RFIs, change orders, submittals, notices, progress claims, and contractual correspondence.
- Assist with tracking commercial risks, claims management, and contract compliance requirements.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with airport stakeholders, consultants, subcontractors, regulatory agencies, and project partners.
- Prepare project updates, status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership and stakeholders.
- Participate in safety reviews, hazard assessments, and operational risk evaluations.
- Monitor project quality requirements and support inspection, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Ensure compliance with GTAA requirements, regulatory standards, environmental obligations, and PACT governance processes.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Project Coordinators and other junior team members.
- Support with other duties as needed.
