About Us

Pads Financial is a Montreal based Fintech startup. Pads is the brainchild of Canadian entrepreneurs who noticed a gap in the lending market. We are the first all online lending platform helping Canadian homeowners obtain equity backed loans. The Pads lending network is also comprised of 100% Canadian private investors.

Pads Financial is vertically integrated; from lead acquisition to loan servicing everything is done in-house to insure excellent customer service, rapid processing, and the best rates. Each step of the loan process is optimized and expedited thanks to our proprietary AI.

As much as we lean on technology, Pads is a people centric organization. We believe in providing our team members with a safe, stimulating work environment where they can do their best work and have many opportunities to grow and develop their skillset.

Pads is shaking up the lending space in Canada with excellent, honest client service, advanced technology and a 100% online application process.
