Project Manager - Custom Homes & Renovations

PalmView is a design-build company building custom homes, additions, and high-end renovations across the GTA. Our clients choose us for how we run projects: accurate schedules, proactive updates, and a crew that finishes one phase before moving to the next. We're growing and need a Project Manager who can own projects from deposit to warranty. This is a field-first role. You'll split your time between site and office, with most of it spent on site running and controlling your projects.

What you'll own

• Full project delivery from pre-construction through closeout and warranty
• Building and managing schedules, trade coordination, and site readiness for every upcoming phase
• Weekly client updates. Clients should never have to chase us
• Budget control, POs, change orders, and scope tracking in JobTread
• Permits, inspections, and Ontario Building Code compliance
• Quality control: making sure work matches drawings, scope, and PalmView standards
• Leading from the field: the majority of your time is on site as the eyes and ears of every job, driving the schedule, holding trades accountable, and keeping work moving every day

What you bring

• 5+ years managing residential construction (custom homes, additions, full gut renovations)
• Strong knowledge of sequencing, framing, waterproofing, insulation, drywall, and finishes
• Experience with Ontario permits and inspections; Tarion experience is an asset
• Organized, responsive, and accountable. You solve problems before they become emergencies
• Comfortable running multiple active projects
• Valid G licence and your own vehicle

• Confirm your ability to commute to Concord and travel across the GTA
• Portfolio or project photos are considered an asset
