OUR VALUES

Passion for the Industry: We live and breathe media. Our team is driven by genuine enthusiasm for creating campaigns that make an impact.

Client-Centric Excellence: We're committed to providing the best campaigns and experiences to our clients, ensuring every touchpoint is strategically crafted.

Innovation & Adaptability: As digital natives and 360° media thinkers, we embrace emerging channels and technologies to stay ahead of the curve.

Collaborative Partnership: We work hand-in-hand with creative agencies and clients to build campaigns collaboratively, amplifying brand voices across all channels.

THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Director of Digital Media Operations & Performance to lead our execution team, which spans both execution and data. This role sits at the intersection of campaign execution, measurement, reporting, technology and operational excellence.

You will establish the processes, quality standards and technical practices that help campaigns launch accurately, dashboards remain reliable and the agency scale efficiently. You will work closely with Strategy, Client Services, Creative and agency leadership.

STRATEGIC PILLARS

1. Operational Excellence & Platform Mastery: Lead end-to-end campaign setup, activation and optimization across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Display, Video, Audio and emerging platforms.

2. Data, Tracking & Performance: Own the dashboard and reporting offering; maintain GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, conversion tracking and attribution best practices.

3. Growth & Leadership: Build, coach and grow the execution team while evaluating technology partners and automation opportunities with the VP.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and develop the execution team (spanning campaign activation and data) across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Display, Video, Audio and emerging platforms.
  • Oversee day-to-day pacing, optimization and issue resolution to keep every campaign on track against its KPIs.
  • Establish and maintain SOPs, launch standards, naming conventions and platform governance so every campaign goes live accurately, on time and on brief.
  • Manage live negotiations, contract development and partner follow-up across media opportunities from research through execution.
  • Partner with the VP of Operations to lead the agency's dashboard and reporting offering; continuously improve it based on client and internal-team usage.
  • Ensure the dashboards and reports we hand off to clients are accurate, consistent and useful.
  • Translate campaign data into clear insights and actionable recommendations, and identify opportunities to automate reporting workflows.
  • Oversee tracking, measurement and data integrity across campaigns, websites and digital platforms including GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, conversion tracking, attribution and troubleshooting discrepancies.
  • Build, coach and develop the execution team: set clear expectations, drive accountability, support hiring, onboarding and resource planning, and grow a culture of collaboration, accuracy and continuous learning.
  • Partner with the VP of Operations to identify and evaluate technology, automation and platform opportunities: research, define use cases, lead pilots, present business cases and drive adoption of approved tools.
  • Manage vendor and platform partner relationships; maintain relationships with platform representatives and technology partners.
  • Work cross-functionally with Strategy, Client Services and Creative to ensure media plans are practical, measurable and executable; present performance insights and contribute technical expertise on pitches, proposals and client presentations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 8–12+ years of experience in digital media operations, ad operations, performance marketing, analytics or marketing technology
  • Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams; agency experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of paid search, paid social, programmatic and digital media platforms

  • Experience developing processes, quality standards and operational documentation
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical problem-solving
  • Strong communication, client-management and presentation skills
  • Bilingualism in French and English is preferred

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Hybrid work model (2-3 days in Montreal office)
  • Comprehensive benefits package after 3 months
  • Direct access to senior leadership
