ABOUT THE ROLE

Pantelope is a full-funnel, performance marketing agency built on a simple belief: growth requires speed, transparency, and decisions grounded in real data - not vanity metrics. We're looking for a Creative Coordinator who wants to grow into a core member of our team.

This is a hands-on agency creative work. You'll sit at the center of the action - connecting our Account Management and Strategy teams with our creative partners, and making sure great ideas actually turn into great work. When a Strategist develops a concept (say, a new landing page), you're the one who takes it to our creative partners, helps shepherd the execution, gives thoughtful feedback on drafts, and makes sure what comes back is polished and on-strategy before it goes to Account Management to present to the client.

You don't need years of agency experience. You need to be creative, organized, and hungry to learn - someone who wants to build a career in creative and is excited to prove they can carry more responsibility over time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

→ Serve as the connective link between our Strategists/Account Management team and our creative partners. Translating concepts and briefs into clear direction creative partners can execute against

→ Coordinate the full lifecycle of creative deliverables (landing pages, ad creative, decks, and more) from brief to first draft to final polish

→ Review work-in-progress from creative partners, provide clear, constructive feedback, and push revisions until the work is client-ready

→ Keep projects moving, tracking timelines, deliverables, and revisions so nothing slips through the cracks

→ Bring your own creative eye and instincts to the table, flagging what's working, what's not, and suggesting improvements

→ Help prep creative for internal review and client presentation, making sure Account Management has what they need to present with confidence

→ Stay closely looped in with Strategists to understand the "why" behind each concept, so your feedback to creative partners is grounded in strategy, not just taste

→ Actively use AI tools to speed up your workflow, from organizing feedback to helping mock up quick concepts and bring ideas for how the team can work smarter

→ Take initiative: this role is designed to grow. As you show you can own the coordination process and sharpen your creative judgment, there's a real path to a larger creative role on the team
