Job Duties
- Manage inbound and outbound warehouse operations for General Customers, LGES, and other customer accounts.
- Coordinate daily communication with customers regarding shipment status, discrepancies, and operational updates.
- Prepare and submit operational reports, including inventory, shipment status, and performance summaries.
- Support accurate inventory control and maintain data integrity across warehouse systems.
- Liaise with internal teams and customers to resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
- Support LGECI-related operational tasks and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
- Monitor order flow and ensure timely processing of all inbound and outbound activities.
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain.
- Experience in 3PL, retail distribution, or high-volume warehouse environments is an asset.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with shipping documentation and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Korean is an asset.
- Valid forklift certification is preferred.

Responsibilities
Manage and monitor inbound and outbound warehouse operations, order flow, inventory accuracy, and customer-specific operational requirements. Communicate shipment updates, prepare operational reports, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
Experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain is required, with 3PL, retail distribution, or high-volume warehouse experience considered an asset. Candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills, experience with shipping documentation and inventory management, and proficiency in Excel and WMS; Korean-English communication and valid forklift certification are assets.
