Create and maintain item and SKU data in Fishbowl, and support physical inventory counts and year-end reporting.
Keep inventory procedures and standard operating procedures up to date.
Receive incoming materials, verify quantities and condition, and record receipts in the inventory system.
Pick, pack and prepare materials for delivery to sites, including shipping documents and bills of lading.
Process materials returned from sites and help keep the yard and storage areas organized and safe.
Provide documentation, data entry, follow-up and coordination support to the Logistics and Inventory Supervisor, and cover routine tasks during team absences.

Willingness to balance administrative duties with hands-on work in the factory and yard.
A commitment to safe work practices and keeping materials and work areas organized.
Experience with Fishbowl or another inventory management system is an asset.
Construction or manufacturing experience is an asset.
An interest in learning new systems and improving processes through automation.
