Employment Type: Full-Time
Start Date: January 1, 2027
Salary: $18–$20 per hour plus commission
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, as per assigned schedule
Service Area: Belmont, London, St. Thomas Chathem Kent and surrounding areas, Ontario
About the Position
Paris Pest Control Inc. is looking for a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our growing team as a full-time Pest Control Technician / Field Marketing Representative.
This position combines pest control services with daily field marketing and business development. The successful candidate will perform scheduled pest control services while actively promoting our company, building relationships with local businesses, and generating new customers.
A company vehicle will be provided for work-related duties.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform scheduled pest control inspections, treatments, and follow-up visits.
* Conduct structural pest control treatments and mosquito control services.
* Visit restaurants, retail stores, offices, property management companies, and other local businesses to introduce our services.
* Distribute business cards and marketing materials to potential customers.
* Conduct door-to-door marketing to promote Paris Pest Control services and generate new leads.
* Build professional relationships with business owners, property managers, and homeowners.
* Follow the daily schedule and service routes assigned by management.
* Maintain accurate service records and communicate professionally with customers.
* Keep the company vehicle clean and organized.
* Follow all applicable pest control regulations, safety procedures, and company policies.
Required Qualifications
* Valid Ontario Structural Exterminator licence.
* Valid Ontario Mosquito/Biting Flies Exterminator licence.
* Valid Ontario G driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
* Previous pest control experience preferred.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Comfortable approaching business owners, visiting restaurants, and conducting door-to-door marketing.
* Self-motivated, punctual, organized, and able to work independently.
* Willingness to travel throughout Belmont, London, St. Thomas, and surrounding areas.
Compensation and Benefits
* $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
* Additional commission on eligible sales and marketing performance.
* Company vehicle provided for work-related duties.
* Full-time employment starting January 1, 2027.
* Regular scheduled working hours, generally 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
