As a Park & Fifth Stylist you will:
- Drive sales growth and meet or exceed established sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Understand clients’ preferences, needs, and buying behaviours to offer personalized recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Accurately and efficiently process client transactions, assist clients navigating our digital platforms.
- Helping to manage physical inventory, including incoming stock from the distribution centre, back stock and floor stock of The Well store and the product movement between the three P&F studio locations and distribution center.
- Maintain store organization, cleanliness and merchandising following merchandising directives and standards of product display.
- Ensuring P&F products are in the correct placement in the correct quantities.
- Product maintenance such as but not limited to steaming, destocking, restocking.
- Proven experience as a high-level sales person in the clothing or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of current fashion trends and clothing brands.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Leadership and team collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use a point-of-sale system.
- A willingness to learn.
- The mindset to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions.
